Max Verstappen surprises ExxonMobil employees in Rotterdam

The program included a plant tour with visits to the heart of the refinery - the control room - and to the new hydrocracker unit. After the tour, it was the employees' turn. For employees who won a competition there was a meet & greet with Max together with their proud children. Others were offered a group photo with Max.

During an interactive session led by the most famous Formula 1 commentator in the world, David Croft, Max Verstappen inspired the crowd with a motivational speech about his mentality to win and keep pushing the limits to be the best.

It's an impressive environment, with a lot of technology involved, and I've talked to a lot of excited and proud employees. And thanks to ExxonMobil, for its efforts to make our car even faster and to ensure reliable lubrication of the engine, even in the high outside air temperatures."
