ExxonMobil announces third-quarter 2025 results SPRING, Texas – October 31, 2025 – Exxon Mobil Corporation today announced third-quarter 2025 earnings of $7.5 billion, or $1.76 per share assuming dilution. Cash flow from operating activities was $14.8 billion and free cash flow was $6.3 billion. Shareholder distributions totaled $9.4 billion, including $4.2 billion of dividends and $5.1 billion of share repurchases, consistent with the company's announced plans.

  • Africa’s next generation of STEM leaders gathered at the second annual ExxonMobil Foundation STEM Africa Regional Finals.
  • The STEM Africa competition reached approximately 3,000 students across Nigeria, Namibia, Angola and Mozambique through weekly STEM quizzes, in-person competitions and Innovation Camps.
  • 16 exceptional students across these four countries, selected from a pool of over 3,000 participants across the continent, presented their solutions to some of Africa’s most pressing challenges.
Kids’ Meals ExxonMobil Campus to serve 26,000 meals each weekday to preschool-aged children by 2031
  • ExxonMobil and Kids’ Meals, the nation’s only free and healthy home meal delivery program for food-insecure, preschool-aged children, have been community partners since 2016.
  • ExxonMobil contributed $3 million to Kids’ Meals for the development of its new campus, the largest corporate gift the nonprofit has received to date.
  • The new Kids’ Meals ExxonMobil campus, now open, is projected to serve 26,000 children each weekday by 2031, helping meet a critical need in the Greater Houston community.
