Advanced synthetic graphite
From feedstock to final product, we’re delivering next-generation synthetic graphite for electric grid storage, data centers and EVs.
Latest news and information
Why is graphite important?
Graphite is a critical component of lithium-ion batteries, the predominant technology used for energy storage. It is used in the anode of the battery and can improve overall performance significantly, from storage capacity to charging rate and battery life. From EVs to grid storage, data centers, aerospace, and defense, the demand for dependable high-performance batteries is growing at an unprecedented pace. The vast majority of graphite for batteries is produced outside the US. We are ready to produce it domestically, strengthening US industry and enabling the build-out of a resilient critical minerals supply chain.
