This total includes contributions from ExxonMobil employees, retirees, the ExxonMobil Foundation, and proceeds from multiple fundraising events. These results underscore ExxonMobil’s long-standing culture of community engagement and the shared commitment of its workforce to strengthening the Greater Houston community.

Of the $16 million raised through the campaign, $13.3 million was directed to United Way of Greater Houston to support programs focused on education, workforce development, and essential family services.

"In a year when more families across Greater Houston faced rising and complex challenges, ExxonMobil's generosity rose to meet the moment," said Amanda McMillian, president and CEO of United Way of Greater Houston. "Through the extraordinary commitment of their employees and retirees, ExxonMobil once again led our largest workplace campaign, fueling real, measurable impact to help our neighbors struggling to make ends meet not only land on their feet, but stay there."

Together, ExxonMobil and United Way of Greater Houston are expanding opportunity and shaping a stronger future for Greater Houston.

An additional $1.3 million supported ExxonMobil Foundation initiatives, including STEM scholarships, college readiness efforts, and summer programming for Teen Engineering and Tech Center students. Another $1.4 million benefited 768 local nonprofits, with food banks receiving the largest share of employee-directed contributions.

“Our employees and retirees continue to make a powerful difference in our hometown,” said ExxonMobil Senior President Jon Gibbs. “Their generosity demonstrates our shared commitment to expanding educational opportunities, addressing basic needs, and supporting local organizations that help families and students succeed.”
