That’s why we’re deeply committed to supporting the Qatar National Vision 2030 through our active participation in the Qatarization program.

We’re proud that in 2024, Qataris represented more than 50% of ExxonMobil Qatar’s total direct hire workforce.

Tamayoz Learning and Development Program

We believe that improving individual skill sets through training and professional development opportunities leads to broad benefits for our industry and society.

That’s why in 2012, we established the Tamayoz Learning and Development program to equip individuals in the energy sector with the latest essential technical and leadership skills and industry knowledge.

Through training, workshops and access to distinguished instructors and resources, we inspire our industry colleagues to further develop their skills.

The Tamayoz program offers numerous high-impact courses each year from its dedicated classroom in the ExxonMobil Research Qatar facility in Qatar Science and Technology Park. Since starting, it has run 382 courses in Qatar and trained over 8,200 people.

We’re proud that our program is developing the next generation of Qatari leaders committed to advancing the energy sector toward growth and a better future.
