In October 2023, Esso Italiana sold its fuel sector business to Italiana Petroli (IP) – api Group, which includes refining, logistics and fuel marketing activities. The sale included a long-term branding agreement under which Esso-branded service stations in Italy, already owned by third parties, continue to offer Esso’s quality fuels, marketing programs, loyalty cards, and services.

The Mobil brand is globally known for high performance and innovation. In Italy, Mobil™ is synonymous with advanced technology and cutting-edge services in the field of lubrication.

ExxonMobil

Internationally, products for many sectors, including chemicals, are marketed under the ExxonMobil brand.
