Engineers – Antwerp Refinery

Pauline and Brent, as engineers, are responsible for solving complex technical challenges. They apply their theoretical knowledge in practice and have a lot of autonomy from the start. Through collaboration with various departments, they learn all aspects of the refinery.

Tom and Marjan

Technicians – Antwerp Refinery

Tom and Marjan started as technicians at the Antwerp refinery right after their studies. Their work varies daily, from preventive research to troubleshooting. They also enjoy the unique workplace in the harbor.

Mina and Mathias

Laboratory Technicians – Antwerp Refinery

Mina and Mathias work as shift laboratory technicians at the refinery in Antwerp. They are responsible for analyzing production samples and monitoring the quality of finished products. Through their work, they also contribute to new investments and projects. Working in shifts provides them with a good balance between their professional and personal lives.

Lore and Kevin

Engineers – Meerhout Polymers Plant

Lore and Kevin are both engineers at our polymer factory in Meerhout. Throughout their careers, they've take on various roles and developed numerous skills. Lore is closely involved with the lab as a quality coordinator, while Kevin works on energy-efficiency projects as an environmental engineer.

Sanja and Jelle

Process Operators – Antwerp Polymers Plant

Sanja and Jelle work at our polymer factory in Zwijndrecht as process operators. They literally and figuratively keep the factory running. Their job involves much more and offers opportunities to learn new skills. Thanks to the shift system, they enjoy a good work-life balance.
