U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright tours Golden Pass LNG terminal following first cargo

U.S. Department of Energy Secretary Chris Wright recently toured the Golden Pass LNG facility in Sabine Pass, Texas, following the project’s first LNG export cargo – marking a significant milestone toward full operations.

ExxonMobil Upstream President Dan Ammann joined the visit, which highlighted years of planning, investment, and collaboration to bring Golden Pass LNG online, transforming the site into one of the largest LNG export facilities in the United States and playing a key role in expanding reliable LNG supply to global markets.
