As we move through 2026, we're proud to continue building on more than a century of innovation, operational excellence and community partnership in the Baytown area.

This year, we're advancing major projects across our Baytown sites, including the continued expansion of our refinery, olefins plant and advanced recycling capabilities. These ongoing investments that will help meet growing demand for higher-value products and reflect our commitment to evolving alongside society's needs while strengthening the long-term competitiveness of our operations.

We're equally committed to investing in people. Through partnerships with local school districts, colleges, nonprofit organizations and community groups, we're helping create opportunities for students and supporting programs that make the Baytown area a great place to live, work and grow. This year, we're proud to continue supporting workforce development and STEM education, that will help expand opportunities for students and strengthen the pipeline of future leaders, innovators and skilled professionals in our community.

For more than 100 years, ExxonMobil and Baytown have grown together. "ExxonMobil has been a part of my life for more than 23 years, but its impact extends far beyond my own career. My husband, brothers-in-law, and other family members have also built careers here, making ExxonMobil an important part of our family's story. I'm proud to work for a company that invests in its people, creates opportunities for growth, and allows employees to make a meaningful impact on our community. Being the first female full-time Site Superintendent at the Baytown Complex is an honor, and I hope my journey shows others that with hard work, support, and determination, anything is possible."
