Required statements

Section 172 Statements: The Companies Act 2006 requires that certain companies include a statement in their annual strategic reports describing how the directors have had regard to the matters set out in section 172 of the Companies Act 2006 when performing their duties and make such statements available on websites maintained by or on behalf of such companies.

Corporate Governance Statements: The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018 require that certain companies include a statement in their annual strategic reports setting out the arrangements in place for corporate governance and make such statements available on websites maintained by or on behalf of such companies.
