Chasing a dream of seeing snow, trying exotic food, and experiencing a totally new world are just some of the perks of working as an expat at ExxonMobil.

For a decade, we’ve been utilizing our global scale to bring Papua New Guinea to the world, accelerating the country’s opportunities through the PNG LNG project.

As our local teams have grown, we’re taking their skills and personalities to the global stage.

And our Papua New Guinean teams are taking what they’ve learned around the world back home, enabling them to lead and train the nation's next generation for a new energy landscape.

As we celebrate 10 years of partnership, growth and success at ExxonMobil PNG, meet four of our team members who were on expatriate assignments around the world in 2024.
