Employee Resource Groups

ExxonMobil supports participation in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These groups further inclusion through education and recognition of cultural heritages and experiences. ERGs support recruitment efforts, new hire orientation, professional development, and mentorship. Employee Resource Groups are open to all employees and each one has a senior leader sponsor.
