ExxonMobil recently hosted U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright in the Permian Basin for a firsthand look at the people, technology, and operations helping meet America's growing energy needs. During the visit, Secretary Wright toured a drilling rig, seeing how advanced data and automation technology are improving safety and performance to unlock even greater value from the basin's resources.
Discussions with industry leaders also focused on the Permian's role in strengthening U.S. energy security, supporting economic growth, and advancing the infrastructure and policy needed to meet future demand.
