Following our acquisition of Pioneer Natural Resources in 2024, we’ve more than doubled our footprint in the Permian Basin.

We have the largest contiguous acreage position in West Texas. Our integration with Pioneer Natural Resources in 2024 combined Pioneer’s sizeable acreage, entrepreneurial culture and deep industry expertise with our own balance-sheet strength, advanced technologies and industry-leading project development capabilities.

Southeast New Mexico

Our operations in New Mexico – primarily located in Eddy & Lea Counties – are significant and growing. Since 2017, we’ve drilled and completed 1,000 horizontal wells in the New Mexico Delaware Basin.
