Inspiring future leaders to explore career potential

ExxonMobil Hong Kong (EMHK) continues to forge valuable partnerships with local organizations to support the growth of young individuals into future community leaders. Building on the success of the Career 4.0 Seminars and Job Shadowing Days of previous years, EMHK continued to collaborate with Junior Achievement Hong Kong (JAHK) to hold the Career Dimension 4.0 Workshop on January 29, inspiring nearly 40 local tertiary students to explore their career potential through inventive speed mentoring sessions and future skill games.

Our volunteers shared valuable insights on job interview techniques and strategic career planning. They led a series of dynamic and thought-provoking games designed to sharpen the students' creativity, problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and the concept of ethical decision-making.

Another workshop is planned for later in the year for our volunteers to expand our reach and help more young individuals prepare for the knowledge and skills they need to succeed and lead in the future.
