• July 31, 2024This month’s Connection provides some insight into the inspirational careers of two leaders in our organisation.
From an internship in Gippsland on Barracouta platform projects in 1998 to Vice-Chair of the Asia Natural Gas and Energy Association in 2024, hear how Margaret Rogacki, General Manager - Australia LNG, has grown her career throughout the years.
We also highlight Birkenhead Terminal and Adelaide Airport Manager Aaron Bandy’s story. Aaron discusses the great opportunities and experiences he has experienced at Mobil, which helped him to build a successful career.
At ExxonMobil Australia, we ensure our leaders have the training and resources they need to help them transition smoothly into leadership roles. In this edition of Connection, you can read about 27 employees from various teams who recently attended a 4-day course where they learnt vital skills needed to thrive in supervisory or leadership roles.
We have an update from our Longford Plants manager Clinton Gentle, who provides some insights into the current focuses for our Gippsland business, including decommissioning.
Find out about Seaworks Maritime Museum’s latest project to restore the historical Gellibrand Lighthouse has been enhanced by a solar LED lighting system which has added a glow to the Williamstown skyline, supported by Mobil’s Melbourne Terminal team.
Finally, Mobil’s Altona Terminal team recently celebrated the completion of multiple important projects including work to increase fuel storage required to meet the government’s Minimum Stockholding Obligations and to streamline processes at the terminal.
We hope you enjoy this edition of Connection.
