Connection August 2023
This month we celebrate an important milestone in our decommissioning activities, with the last conductor pulled from the Fortescue platform. We’ve now completed almost $1 billion of early decommissioning works across our offshore operations, with Fortescue becoming the ninth facility to have reservoir abandonment work completed.
In a short video, Julien Celerier, Asia-Pacific New Opportunities Manager, details the amazing opportunities he has had as a geoscientist throughout his 15-year ExxonMobil career.
We also highlight the recent Longford & Offshore Stakeholder Dinner in Sale, where we updated the community on current and upcoming projects across our business, and this quarters Long Island Point Plant update, which reflects on the key news across the Hastings plant.
ExxonMobil Australia considers building strong community relationships an essential element of our business and we are hosting regular community consultation sessions near our sites, with upcoming one’s being held next week at both Lakes Entrance and Sale. Please see details in the link below.
You can also read more on our current activities on the Consultation Hub on our website.
