Exxchange is ExxonMobil’s online, grassroots community consisting of subscribers interested in the energy industry from around the country who are willing to engage with their respective lawmakers on public policy issues.
In 2025, grassroots communications included efforts to support advanced recycling, carbon capture and storage, and energy security. In total, about $4,000,000 was spent on these initiatives. In addition, Exxchange provided broad information and education on a range of public policy issues. While no advocacy action was proposed or taken, we provide below a list of additional topics that were communicated with Exxchange members:
