Planning & optimization

Our supply chain planning & optimization teams drive strategic alignment between our supply chain operations and our business lines’ priorities and value drivers. These teams work closely with the businesses & operations to develop production, inventory and supply plans that optimize efficiency and maximize profitability.

Logistics

ExxonMobil has one of the largest logistics networks in the world and our Logistics organization collectively enables movement and storage of hydrocarbons, materials, finished product and people around the globe. They work closely with third-party providers, a variety of ExxonMobil groups (e.g. Value Chain, Operations, Procurement, Projects), suppliers and government agencies to ensure safe reliable performance while delivering value at every step of the supply chain.
