Tax

Compliance, planners and advisors help keep ExxonMobil financially sound. Compliance oversees the timely and accurate filing of tax documents. Planners/advisors provide sound tax advice to optimize ExxonMobil and affiliates’ business transactions, making sure advice is compliant with tax laws, in addition to analyzing, monitoring and, when possible, influencing proposed legislation.

Controllers

The success of ExxonMobil is powered by the financial advice of those who know best. The Controllers group is responsible for financial accounting, analysis, reporting and controls—working closely with the business to prepare and analyze financial operating results. The group also oversees all internal and external financial reporting, and conducts internal audits to assess the controls environment.

Treasurers

The world’s biggest and most complex investment opportunities require equally extraordinary financial expertise. Treasurers is the corporate finance group within ExxonMobil and has a broad mandate to develop and implement financial policies for worldwide operations. Treasurers also works side-by-side with business lines to provide critical financial guidance in support of capital projects, commercial negotiations and M&A opportunities.
