Risk mitigation protects and delivers value. The Land and real estate group acquires, leases, stewards, administers, and monetizes and divests property rights (surface or subsurface) and real estate.

This group also sets the stage for building new, innovative solutions through translating and validating key business requirements. Note that this group differs from computation and data sciences.

Our business enablement group creates action plans that enhance business and customer value through improved offer delivery and optimized workflow. Beyond mixing business knowledge with data and process management and execution, this group consults, leads, and participates in enterprise-wide initiatives and studies.
Supply chain
Security and attention to detail is critical to keep ExxonMobil operations running smoothly. Our supply chain group optimizes the value chain, manages third-party providers, oversees production plans and raw material acquisition to improve support processes and more.
