Procurement/Acquisition — goods and services
Business value, on-time delivery, and cycle time are the core concerns of the purchasing arm for ExxonMobil. This group manages a portfolio of agreements and new requests to enable efficient and effective purchase of goods and services—from purchase to pay.

Our business enablement group creates action plans that enhance business and customer value through improved offer delivery and optimized workflow. Beyond mixing business knowledge with data and process management and execution, this group consults, leads, and participates in enterprise-wide initiatives and studies.
Supply chain
Security and attention to detail is critical to keep ExxonMobil operations running smoothly. Our supply chain group optimizes the value chain, manages third-party providers, oversees production plans and raw material acquisition to improve support processes and more.
