SPRING, Texas - ExxonMobil Holdings Corporation ("ExxonMobil") (NYSE: XOM) today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pioneer Natural Resources Company (the "Offeror") is offering to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding $1,100,000,000 1.900% Senior Notes due 2030 (the “2030 Notes”) and $1,000,000,000 2.150% Senior Notes due 2031 (the “2031 Notes”, and together with the 2030 Notes, the “Notes”).

ExxonMobil announces second-quarter 2026 results
SPRING, Texas - Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM): ExxonMobil Holdings Corporation today announced second-quarter 2026 earnings of $14.5 billion, or $3.48 per share. Adjusted earnings were $14.7 billion, or $3.52 per share. Cash flow from operating activities was $23.6 billion and free cash flow was $17.2 billion. Industry-leading shareholder distributions totaled $9.4 billion, including $4.3 billion of dividends and $5.1 billion of share repurchases.
