Administrative

At ExxonMobil, administrative assistants support client groups through activities such as organizational logistics, expense administration, travel coordination, and event logistics. Additionally, assistants have the opportunity to build technological and foundational skills to support decision making with clients, both internal and external.

At ExxonMobil, technicians and analysts support client groups through activities such as logistics coordination, data management and discipline-specific technical or analytical support.
