ExxonMobil and the ExxonMobil Foundation are proud to work with a range of partners including community-based organizations, global NGOs, universities and government agencies to increase economic opportunities for women in developing countries and emerging markets.

ADPP Angola

With ExxonMobil's support, the program has trained 1,500 women to apply more efficient and sustainable technologies to obtain better prices for their produce, and become more successful farmers and entrepreneurs.

Cherie Blair Foundation for Women

With funding from the ExxonMobil Foundation, the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women trains women in Guyana and Nigeria to build successful businesses. They work with a local partner to implement in-person and digital trainings to provide the knowledge and skills needed to start and grow their businesses.

The ExxonMobil Foundation funded the design and development of the Road to Growth program. Since then, more than 3,000 women entrepreneurs across both countries have strengthened their skills and grown their businesses by participating in this program.
