Marubeni and ExxonMobil’s low-carbon ammonia deal marks major step in unleashing new energy supply
  • ExxonMobil will supply approximately 250,000 tonnes of low-carbon ammonia annually on a long-term basis to Marubeni.

ExxonMobil announces first-quarter 2025 results SPRING, Texas – May 2, 2025 – Exxon Mobil Corporation today announced first-quarter 2025 earnings of $7.7 billion, or $1.76 per share assuming dilution. Cash flow from operating activities was $13.0 billion and free cash flow was $8.8 billion. Shareholder distributions of $9.1 billion included $4.3 billion of dividends and $4.8 billion of share repurchases, consistent with the company's announced plans.
Calpine, ExxonMobil sign CO2 transportation and storage agreement for power generation project
  • ExxonMobil to transport and store up to 2 million metric tons per year of CO2 from Calpine’s natural gas power generation facility.

ExxonMobil announces 2024 results SPRING, Texas – January 31, 2025 – Exxon Mobil Corporation today announced fourth-quarter 2024 earnings of $7.6 billion, or $1.72 per share assuming dilution. Cash flow from operating activities was $12.2 billion and free cash flow was $8.0 billion. Capital and exploration expenditures, and cash capital expenditures were both $7.5 billion in the fourth quarter, bringing the full-year expenditures to $27.6 billion and $25.6 billion, respectively – both in line with full-year guidance. For full-year 2024, the company reported earnings of $33.7 billion, or $7.84 per share assuming dilution.
