Careers at the Singapore integrated manufacturing site
Our largest integrated refining and petrochemical complex and a key supplier of petrochemical products to global markets.
This diverse city-state with a population over 5.5 million is an economic powerhouse and a petrochemical hub in Southeast Asia. Singapore is home to our largest integrated manufacturing site, made up of our Singapore Refinery and the Singapore Chemical Plant.
Spanning two operating sites, our world-scale Singapore Refinery produces fuels, lubricant basetocks, and chemical feedstock. We also manufacture industrial and automotive lubricants, base oils and aromatics that are sold in Singapore and exported to countries in the Asia Pacific region.
The chemical plant on Jurong Island is ExxonMobil Chemical’s largest investment and comprises units including olefins, polymers, specialty elastomers, aromatics and oxo alcohol. Using ExxonMobil’s proprietary technologies, we are able to process a wide range of feedstock and convert them into world class products.
Our Singapore operations also serve as the Asia Pacific regional headquarters for ExxonMobil’s downstream and chemicals businesses, including supply, trading and midstream. We have an extensive network of service stations under the Esso brand in Singapore, and also supply the commercial markets here and throughout the region with chemicals, liquefied natural gas, and industrial, aviation and marine fuels and lubricants.
This dynamic work environment offers employees endless opportunities and challenges: responding to dynamic global markets, safely maintaining round-the-clock operations, coordinating a globally interconnected supply chain, developing new strategic markets, and more.
