They consult with employees at every level of the organization on compensation, benefits, recruiting, policy and more, and guide business partners through high-impact change management initiatives. Team members also negotiate labor contracts at some of the world’s largest manufacturing sites, and partner with leadership to support our culture of inclusion and diversity.

Process Delivery

Effortless customer experience. That’s what our Process Delivery group provides through the implementation and administration of standardized programs and policies. Change and communication stay top of mind and are managed proactively. This group also leverages technology and third party providers to drive process expertise and local content knowledge.

Staffing and development

The Staffing & Development group identifies opportunities in workforce plans and processes to develop and improve organizational and staffing needs. They maintain a deep interest in all aspects of business to evaluate and influence workforce planning, succession planning and career planning decisions.

Embedded

A world-class workplace requires in-depth expertise from those who know people best. Our Embedded group partners with technical experts to assess and anticipate future challenges. They provide unique insights and deliver solutions that build upon and improve how ExxonMobil employees work with each other.

Learning

We believe a healthy workplace is one where you can learn something new every day. The Learning group develops learning processes and design standards for ExxonMobil employees all over the world. As stewards of our strategic learning programs, the Learning group sharpens the skills of our global workforce in support of our philosophy and principles. Additionally, this group works closely with the Embedded and Business Learning groups to support and influence corporate business strategies.

Program Design

Our global workforce never stops learning and growing. The Program Design group oversees and creates strategic programs, plans and guidelines to support our philosophy and principles. This group also offers advising and consulting, with a focus on management support. They work closely with the Embedded group to support and influence corporate business strategies.

Technology

Sharing and fostering institutional knowledge requires innovative solutions. Our Technology group designs and supports human resources technology deployed around the world. They also build new technologies that support our philosophies and commitment to safe, secure data management.
