Employee Assistance Program
ExxonMobil offers free, confidential, short- term counselling services for employees and their direct family members to help them through personal and work related problems.
The Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Plan provides financial help to employee beneficiaries in the event of death by any cause or in case of a serious injury resulting in permanent disability or death. The plan covers both work related and non-work related accidents and employees are enrolled automatically upon signing contract with ExxonMobil.
Travel Pass for Commuting
Employees on ExxonMobil BSC Hungary payroll are eligible for reimbursement of their travel cost for daily or weekly commute from a permanent or temporary address outside of Budapest to and from work.
Voluntary Pension Fund
Employees may contribute 1, 2 or 3% of their monthly gross salary to Voluntary Pension Fund, and in addition, the Company will make a further contribution equivalent to 1.5 times the employee contribution.
Private Health Insurance
If you choose to enroll into the Private Health Insurance plan, you will no longer have to worry about finding the right doctor or hospital to take care of your medical problem. You can attend medical checkups included in your plan to prevent the development of serious illness.
One-time annual premium to recognize active service with ExxonMobil and to reward employees for their commitment to the Company.
You can use cafeteria for meal, accommodation and leisure services.
