Listen up! We’re talking lithium

When someone nicknamed “Mr. Lithium” invites you to be a guest on his podcast, what do you do?

If you’re Patrick Howarth, our lithium global business manager, you say yes!

Patrick recently appeared on the Global Lithium Podcast hosted by Joe Lowry, a lithium industry veteran and founder of the advisory firm Global Lithium LLC.

The podcast features interviews with the biggest movers and shakers in the lithium industry, which now includes ExxonMobil. Last month, we announced a landmark plan to become a leading supplier of lithium, a key component of electric vehicle batteries.

“I’m a big fan of podcasts myself, so it was great to talk to Joe about our plan to produce lithium in North America, using a process with a lot less environmental impact than current methods,” Patrick said.
