A. We are transforming our business processes, systems, and data to create a simpler, more connected experience for our customers:
- Adopting industry-standard processes with minimal customization
- Replacing legacy systems with a single SAP S/4HANA platform
- Centralizing data for greater consistency and visibility
- Enabling modern analytics and digital capabilities
A. To continue delivering sustainable solutions and meet evolving global needs, we must modernize how we work across systems, processes, and data. Today, our systems and processes are:
- Fragmented across 12 ERP systems and ~1000 applications
- Highly customized and difficult to upgrade
- Built on siloed processes and inconsistent data
- Running on systems which are reaching end-of-life
A. The transition will have a phased approach
- Phase 1 includes Canada, U.S., Latin America, Fuels, Lubricants & Specialties implementation planned for the first half of 2027. Additional timing details will be shared once finalized, with an update expected by the end of October 2026.
- Phase 2 includes Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific Fuels, Lubricants & Specialties, and our Global Chemicals business. These go-lives are anticipated for the latter half of 2028. More will be shared as these dates are finalized.
