What is my user ID?
Your USER ID is a randomly generated number created by EnergyLink.  Once you are registered, you can use that number, or your email address you assign.

I'm a first time user. How do I create an account?
Go to https://www.energylink.com/Public/Signup.aspx.  You will be asked to fill in recent information from a payment.  Operator’s Region – select United States, Document Type – select Revenue, Operator – select Exxon Mobil Corporation, Owner Number – input your 8 digit Business Associate number from the bottom of your check stub, Check/ACH Month – select the month/year of a recent payment, Check Amount – input recent check or ACH amount.

I forgot my password or my account has been disabled. How do I get into my account? 
Simply click Forgot Password? on www.energylink.com.  An automated email will be sent to your email address on file.  Follow the steps to reset your password.

Are my account and password secure?
Owner accounts are password protected as a safeguard to protect the confidentiality of the data.

How do I change my password? 
After logging into EnergyLink, please go to Admin in the top left of the menu.  Go to ‘My Account’.  Here you will see a link that says ‘Change My Password’.  Fill in and confirm new password and hit save.

How do I change my email address?
After logging into EnergyLink, please go to Admin in the top left of the menu.  Go to ‘My Account’.  Here you can change your email address and hit Update once complete.
