ExxonMobil’s information technology network is experiencing a disruption, and the Company is currently investigating the incident and extent of the problem as part of its cyber response plan.

Do service providers need to take any action?

Service providers do not need to take any action at this time. We will provide updates to service providers via email and ExxonMobil.com, as information becomes available. 

Note:  We kindly ask you to limit the amount of communication to only time sensitive or urgent matters, until systems are restored.  Please follow the next steps:
