Yoho Terminal

Terminal is located 25 miles offshore in eastern Nigeria, about 41 miles southwest of the Qua Iboe Terminal. Terminal is located at 4°, 1.8'N, 7°, 31.3'E in approximately 55 meters of water depth. The terminal consists of the turret moored FSO YOHO (floating storage and offloading vessel), which accommodates offloading tankers up to 300 kdwt.

Tankers moor via a typical tandem mooring arrangement, assisted by a large tug and a mooring hawser assist boat. 2 x16 inch cargo hose tails can load the tanker; minimum bulk loading rate is 40,000 barrels per hour. The large tug remains with the tanker throughout the port call. Tankers are restricted to daylight approach and mooring.

Characteristics

Yoho terminal has stopped adding pour point depressant (PPD). Customers can make a special request for the addition of PPD, at a charge, but the terminal must receive instructions to do so three weeks prior to the supply laydays.
