Every year, we invite technical and university students to apply for our internship program. Successful applicants typically take part in a one or two-year internship. We offer positions in a variety of areas, including:
- Commercial and business
- Finance and accounting
- Information technology
- Engineering
- And more
The Internship
Under supervision, the trainee will be assigned activities compatible with their training and experience. Regardless of the area in which they operate, their activities will always consist of tasks that add real value to their academic training and that effectively integrate the student into the company's processes, giving them the opportunity to contribute to the results achieved.
Depending on the extent of his projects and the term of his internship contract, the student may be able to work in more than one division in an ExxonMobil department, or even more than one department. We thus enable the trainees to have an integrated view of the company's processes, which can be the beginning of their career at ExxonMobil.
At the conclusion of the program, the trainees may be invited to remain as an employee to work in one of the sectors they have collaborated with during their internship period, or in any other area of the company.
Workload and Benefits
Interns have a weekly workload of 20 flexible hours (4h/day). During the internship period, the student will receive a competitive stipend and transportation assistance in cash.
