Supply Chain Associate

Scope of work

The Supply Chain Associate supports the Purchase To Pay process including purchase order verification, Warehouse transactions and movements such as receipts, issues, transfers, repairs, assembly, etc.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and promote safe and ethical behavior in compliance with ExxonMobil standards
  • Manage the day to day Warehouse operations
  • Accept, verify, and receive inspected material
  • Perform goods receipts in accordance with established process
  • Perform regular inventory cycle counts as directed
  • Interface with supplies to provide guidance on materials master content to facilitate seamless purchase to pay process
  • Collaborate/Align with daily planned material movements
  • Coordinate materials movements for assemblies, other fabrication work
  • Steward returned material and follow systems returns process
  • Survey material and ensure company guidelines are followed prior to delivery
  • Ensure SAP transactions are completed timely for inventory reliability
  • Leverage subject matter expertise from Procurement Global and Business Support Centers as required
  • Ensure material are appropriately stored and safety handled per global and local standards
  • Back-fill for Supply Chain Warehouse Supervisor as required

Education / Experience

  • Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Warehousing experience at least 3 years is required
  • Understanding of life cycle / total system cost analytics
  • Good Purchase to Pay process knowledge
