Onshore O&M Coordinator

Job role summary

Primary onshore contact for the day-to-day operations and maintenance support to EEPGL offshore for O&M queries, spare parts, requisition approvals, maintenance reporting etc.

Job role responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implementation of the Offshore Maintenance Planning process
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of equipment strategies to improve cost effectiveness and reliability
  • Bill of Materials development and optimization.
  • Maintenance program optimization (right work, right frequency). Supporting SBM with reviewing, endorsing PM change requests and MOC’s. 
  • Identification of equipment reliability improvement opportunities by evaluation of: “bad actors”, MTBF, MTTR analysis, etc.
  • Day to day AMOS & SAP support and assist in its development and upgrades
  • Reviewing and filing  technical reports associated with all major maintenance activities
  • Participate in turnaround planning and work scope development.
  • Resolve technical queries associated with AMOS & SAP data history.
  • Assist SBM in the coordination of repairs
  • Regular offshore visits, quarterly where practical
  • Responsible and accountable to monitor AMOS and SBM backlogs.
  • Responsible to assist SBM with coordinating adhoc contractor coverage as required
  • Responsible to assist SBM with coordinating vendor resources as required and updates to the integrated schedule
  • Understanding and support of maintenance KPIs, maintenance plan attainment and backlog
  • Liaise closely with local and global engineering to support field operations and other related activities
  • Other duties as required

Education and experience

  • Worked as a craft technician for a min 10 years in maintenance in one or more disciplines
  • Be physically fit and achieve HUET c/w CA qualification to enable offshore visits on an occasion
