Crude Lifting Analyst

Scope of work

  • Handle all required commercial documentation for a tanker lifting at the EEPGL FPSOs (Floating Production Storage & Offloading vessel). 
  • Provide coordination of the transportation to the FPSOs of all third party personnel (Government Agencies and Private entities) involved in lifting operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide tanker lifting support:
    • Prepare cargo document templates for each offload
    • Prepare the required government notifications for liftings and ensure timely submission
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements to ensure all required personnel are identified, approved and organized to travel offshore to support lifting activities
  • Administer all completed shipping documents once received from offshore
  • Prepare and track all demurrage, quantity and quality claims
  • Crude Lifting Coordinator‘s stand-in 

Education / Experience

  • University Degree in Business, Science, Engineering or Logistics 
  • Nautical / Marine experience desirable
  • 3+ years of industry experience desirable
    • Experience with shipping company, shipping agent, customs broker or other logistics industry
    • Experience working with government
    • Experience interpreting and applying regulations
  • Knowledge of production operations, tanker operations, marine commercial documentation and demurrage calculations
